Appminton is a badminton session management application designed to help badminton groups organize sessions, track attendance and scores, manage rankings, and calculate session-related costs and payment responsibilities.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and all activity under your account.
Appminton provides tools to calculate and display session costs and payment responsibilities between players. All amounts shown are provided for convenience only.
Appminton is not a payment provider and does not guarantee that payments between users will be completed.
Session organizers are solely responsible for how session costs or contributions are shared among players. Appminton does not enforce or guarantee equal cost distribution between attendees.
Appminton operates using an internal digital usage entitlement system known as Serve credits.
Each Serve credit grants the ability to create one badminton session within the app. Serve credits may be offered through different pricing tiers, bundles, or promotional packages.
Upon first successful account registration, eligible users may receive complimentary Serve credits. Additional Serve credits may be purchased through supported in-app purchase methods.
Appminton reserves the right to modify pricing, promotional allocations, complimentary credits, or Serve credit policies at its discretion.
Serve credits used for session creation may be restored only if a session is cancelled before the scheduled session start time.
Once a session has started, Serve credits used for that session are considered consumed and will not be restored.
Appminton may provide ranking and ELO-related features for badminton groups.
Certain information, including gender information where voluntarily provided by users, may be used solely for badminton match classification and ranking calculations, including men’s doubles, women’s doubles, and mixed doubles game formats.
This information is used strictly for gameplay and ranking functionality within the app.
You may request account deletion through the Appminton app or by contacting support. For details on how account deletion works, what data is deleted, and what data may be retained for legal, financial, or operational reasons, please refer to our Account Deletion Policy.
Session details, attendance records, scores, rankings, and costs are entered or managed by users. Appminton does not independently verify the accuracy of user-submitted information.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Appminton shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the app.
We strive to keep Appminton available and operational, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted, secure, or error-free operation at all times.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to Appminton if users violate these Terms or misuse the service.
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of Appminton after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of Malaysia.
